Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. This individual will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their sports betting needs, and offering our sports handicapping services to help them succeed. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sports, and the ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers from warm leads.
• Client Engagement: Identify customer needs and present PlayBook Portfolio’s sports handicapping services as the solution to enhance their sports betting strategies and profitability.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest sports forecasts, trends, and PlayBook Portfolio offerings to effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Consultative Selling: Provide personalized recommendations and explain how our services can meet individual client needs based on their betting preferences.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve sales strategies and enhance the overall service experience.
• CRM Management: Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably within the sports betting, sports forecasting, or sportsbook industries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, engage, and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Sports Knowledge: A strong interest or background in sports, particularly in sports betting, forecasting, or handicapping.
• Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-paced environment.
• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that focus on long-term profitability.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tracking systems, and making calls using online platforms.
• Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with evolving products, services, and market conditions.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker who can quickly address client concerns and provide value-driven solutions.
