These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the text messaging program (the “Program”) offered by Playbook Portfolio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not provide your mobile number.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) from us at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include account and subscription notices, offers, promotions, content updates, and related marketing. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form, checkout, keyword, or another method we make available, and by confirming your consent where required. You represent that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number, and that you are at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your activity and our campaigns.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, as determined by your carrier and plan. We are not responsible for these charges.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will stop receiving marketing texts. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered. Not all carriers or devices may support the Program.
8. CONSENT, TCPA, AND QUIET HOURS
By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages where applicable, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state messaging laws. We aim to send messages only during permitted hours and to honor opt-out requests promptly. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
9. DUTY TO NOTIFY
If you change or deactivate the mobile number you used to enroll, you agree to complete the opt-out process above before doing so. You agree to notify us of any change to keep our records accurate, and you are responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control until you opt out.
10. PRIVACY
Information you provide in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use tracking technologies to manage consent, delivery, opt-outs, and campaign performance as described in our Cookie Policy.
11. CHANGES
We may change or discontinue the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated where required, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance.
